Conference, team day, or end-of-year piss-up — we'll take it off your plate and put a better feed on it. Room for up to 300, a menu built to suit, entertainment sorted, and a hand with beds so nobody's risking the drive home. There's a tidy conference room in town and a big community centre for the larger crews, plus the marquee if you're feeling fancy. You rock up. We handle the rest.

Car clubs, bikers, fishos, golfers, bowlers — Otematata's a cracking spot to point the convoy at. We're smack in the middle of the South Island's best scenery, with room to feed and water a whole club without breaking a sweat. Plenty of groups have made us their yearly tradition. Get yours on the calendar and we'll treat you like regulars from day one.

Our marquee seats 80 and becomes whatever you need — wedding, work dinner, milestone birthday, you name it. Add the mobile bar and you've got the full setup: cocktails before the speeches, cold ones long after. Tell us the vision; we'll build it.

Buffet spreads, table-drop service, low-and-slow smoked meats, or a proper gourmet BBQ — our kitchen does the lot, with local produce that hasn't travelled any further than you have. Dietaries and fussy eaters? Sorted — just give our crew the heads-up. You eat well; we'll make it look easy.

The Thirsty Float is our mobile bar that rocks up to you, anywhere across Waitaki, Mackenzie and Central Otago.
